How to Use The Mouth Guard?

1. Put the mouth guard into the water (80-90 degrees), soak in water for about 30 seconds.
2. Recommend: sipping water before putting in the mouthguard to moisten your mouth.
3. Put the mouthguard into your mouth, adjust the guard to a comfortable position, bite the teeth, and squeeze the upper lip by hand to make the guard fit the teeth.
4. Put in cold water for shaping.
